outfit advice

So I wasn't able to get hold of the black shoes I wanted, but I found this cute red pair today for $7 and it matches my top well enough so I thought I'd get them. This is the outfit I've put together so far, but I just feel it looks wrong. It needs something. I will be wearing a different skirt (which is pretty much the same but a tad longer). I was thinking of making some matching white sock stoppers in the eyelet lace used on the blouse.

My hair is also red (which you can see in my avatar) so I'm just worried the red will be overpowering, plus I want to spunk it up for v-day dinner date.



What do you think I should do? Are the red socks too much? I think something white is in order. Also, accessories! I want something pretty and heart related for v-day. Maybe wear an all black or black and white head bow. What about a necklace or some earrings? Will it look too much? Sorry about the poor image quality and lighting. Took them on my phone :)
