Hello, lovely lolitas.

Next week's plan : buy a black bedsheet at Wal-Mart, and make myself a circle skirt as per these instructions.
Does anyone have any suggestions, corrections, or additions to make to those instructions? If I want it to be no more than about 18" long and to be about 28" at the waist, do you think 4 yards of lace would be enough to trim the bottom?
Oh, and I have a purple sheet that's just laying around (never made it onto my bed)... anyone want a purple circle skirt? ^_^

Since you are going for about 18" long and a 28" waist, that means the radius of the circle should be about 25 inches (18 inches plus room for the waist opening). Just do Pi times Radius sqared ( 25 times 25 times Pi) to find out how much lace you need. The result will be in inches.
