I got pictures!
Below the cut are some pictures of my headpieces etc. Warning, kind of graphic intense.
Please note, I don't really want to sell my white one as I have gotten quite attached to it. The others I would concider selling though. These posted to show what ive been making lately. I'm curious if anyone likes them. ^^;; Ive just gotten into sewing egl stuff (finally got the courage).






2 layers of lace on champagne white satin, special trim ribbon down the middle with tiny hearts and gold trim, white pearl colored pearl trim, transparent gossamer black bows. Elastic to hold it on.


Above hp being worn.


2 layers of lace on baby blue satin, with blue satin ribbon with blue polka dots on it down middle and on bows on either edge. Elastic to hold it on.

Frilly lace cuff, 2 rows of white lace sewn onto pink velvet band. Hook and eye closure.


Cuff being worn under a dress. It sort of works like a wrist petticoat. Puffs up the bell sleeve and a little lace peeks out.

Thanks :D I thought them up while wearing that dress that I wore them under. It seemed so flat, and not frilly enough, so I made up some wristlets that would solve that problem. They are so fun to wear. They make you feel all frilly and girly.
I'm not sure what sort of price to sell those for, probally like $2us a pair. (around $4 canadian). Does that sound reasonable?
(pardon the price questions, I just wanna know what people would be willing to pay for my things if they were to buy them). I want to be affordable, but I also need to be able to afford materials.

$2 sounds too reasonable to me ^_~ lol But yeah, I'm sure people would pay that much for it :D

Hmm well I guess it all depends on materials. I personally would pay around $4us for a pair of them. They work great. I guess I lack confidence in my work as of yet, as Ive just started and haven't sold anything yet. (I haven't tried to sell till today's tentative showing of my work.)

well-- I certainly think you can sell your stuff for more than 2 bucks ^~ Just experiment with a price range and be open to bargaining with people, so you can get a feel for how much people are willing to pay :] It's the best way to go if you're selling for the first time, I think.

Do they come in black as well? :) What do I need to provide, if anything, in terms of measurements? Finally, do you take Paypal or how do you want to work that? They are too lovely and I neeeeeeeed some! :D

I can try to get some nice black lace and ribbon to use. Wrist measurements would be a big help. Just get a measuring/tailors tape and measure where you want it to sit on your wrist and send me the measurement in inches or centimeters. I don't take paypal as of yet, but I will take money orders (in canadian money I guess? cause im in canada o_O;). I'll try to get some black lace right away. The price for a pair should be about $4-$5us plus shipping. I will give you a definite price as soon as I have the materials and your measurements.
