-detachable collar/ top piece
-this set does NOT come with petti or black skirt
-ribbon lace bell sleeves are open so that they fall to your sides when you reach for anything so that they do NOT get in your way

to include skirt add $20 (will be the same skirt in picture)
to include petti add $65 (will be made with all new materials and color of your choice)
