I'm sorry to post with just this question but i really do need to know!
Is anyone having problems emailing them this last week? I sent them an email in the beggining of last week and another recently and they didn't reply.
Maybe the ppl who speak english are on vacation or something, i am kinda worried. :X

I'm going to try sending them an email with another address. I was convinced they were on vacation or something! ;_;

I haven't had any problems emailing Closet Child this week. I've been getting replies to each email I've sent, even when Satoshi-san is on vacation. Because when Satoshi-san is away, Minako-san is the one replying to the emails. I've in fact received emails from both for the one email I sent (though it wasn't exactly an inquiry-ish related thing), since Satoshi-san also replied when he returned. .___.

Same I sent a request on Friday and got an answer I believe on Sunday. Also when vacation is an issue I got an email telling me that when I will be contacted. I would check your junk mail or use a different email it might be tossing it in spam.

i know! i can't order anything right now but on tuesdays i get all mad because i always loose the things i want, like bigger clothes and accessories. (especially bags, never managed to get ahold of a bag and i need them)
Anyway just keep trying, i guess you'll be able to see the site sooner or later. It once happened with meta here.

I love it too, without closet child i wouldn't be able to order from brands because i cannot afford them full price. ^_^;
That's seriously cute that you did that, i'm sure they didn't mind much.
I wish i could go visit japan while i'm still young... i'm not getting younger and that scares me (i'm 23).

Satoshi-san always replies to my emails within 24 hours, so I think you should email them again, or maybe try to email with a different email service (I use gmail)

I know, he always replied to me too but this time it simply didn't happen that's why i was convinced he was on vacation or something.

I tried emailing them again with my normal account (hotmail) and also with my gmail account. I will wait till tomorrow and see what happens. :\

yeah i know, all bags go so quickly. The one that made me cry for not having gotten there in time was the black peace now one with the crown on top. It was me all over ;_;

It wasn't even that expensive when on cc either, it just made me incredibly sad. I'd prefer that one over most bags even the expensive ones! bah

It's the problem with cc, everyone buys there ^_^;
