I'd say if you can't find anything at the moment, try car boots markets. I bought a neat green top hat for £5 at one!

I think Halloween store hats would be mostly made out of cardboard.
Wedding/formal clothing stores would be a good idea.
I am glad this topic came up, I am trying to get my brother to start wearing Oujisama style clothes.

Nah lol there actully made out of a nice kind of texture im not quite sure what it is but both of my sisters own one and me, my sister and my mom all work at that halloween store so we know for sure lol~
