Victorian inspired finds at Anthropologie

Good evening lolitas and gentlemen,

As you know, autumn will soon be upon us, and I bet some of us really need new outfits for school! I went to the Anthropologie website and looked through the things for some inspiration, and lo and behold, I found some! I thought I would give you a heads-up because some of the stuff is just too cute.

Not to mention a lot of their bedroom sets look so elegant!!

As much as I love Anthropologie and their sales catalogues, it is not gothic lolita. It is not even sweet gothic lolita. Some stuff might be usable for aristocrat...but yeah.

I agree. I wish people would stop posting stuff here that's slightly victorian or frilly and calling it lolita.

Look, I'm not saying that these things are exactly lolita...I just said in my post that I thought these things might make nice accessories for a casual lolita, and that they were cute. Also, some things, like the cardigan, could be used for a lolita outfit when the weather gets colder.

One, too expensive for me and my budget. Budget-lolitas (like me) would cringe at the prices, then strive to make their own blouses and JSKs.
Two, I'd say this is Victorian-inspired. They're cute to look at, but not really with the style, ya know?

200 dollars for a shirt? ...yeaaaah, I'm sticking to H&M for my semi-loli wear. When I want to spend 200 dollars, I'm going to check out the japanese sites ^^;;;

But I like the pattern of the timepiece, I just wish it was a different color
