After being pointed to the memories (sorry I forgot to check) I'm still looking for places in Taipei. Does anyone know of any? I've heard of some lolita shopping district there... Any help would be appreciated.

Out of curiosity, are K-star items expensive elsewhere? They started selling it in Toronto on Queen St. West pseudo-goth epouriums (sp?) and the prices are crazy considering some of the quality of the stuff.

Hello, I've visit Taiwan in January, you could ride metro,
go to Ximen station (西門町), that place is similar to
Harajuku in Japan and Mongkok in Hong Kong. K-star is a
popular brand there. :) If you travel by metro a lot, there
is a one-day pass for TW$200. Their website:

oooh, so ximen does have stuff? i wasn't sure. good to know, as i go there every time and figured as much.

and thanks for the train info! but actually, my dad lives there with his new family (remarried, 2 more kids) so i have a car there. ^^ and lots of guides (my step mother and step cousin shop with me all the time) thanks though!

Yes, Ximen machi does have some stuffs, as far as I remember,
Miramar should have some brand name booths, I was searching
for that but as you got relatives there, it is better to ask
them ^_^

I wonder if Mira or that Wind place have anything either. I know they're both owned by Japanese companies.

Unfortunately, I bet my relatives aren't into this kind of fashion even in Taiwan, so I doubt they would know... :T

Hmm.. either Sogo or Miramar.... but I searched all
of their website I can't see any lolita brand name :(
Sadly my TW friend and future bro-in-law are not online

Miramar is possible. but taiwan shopping tends to be euro style couture... we'll see how it works out. though, k-star is good too.

I went to some Taiwanese forum, they said there is a
booth of btssb in Miramar, is the only one in Taiwan.
Hope you could find it! I will ask my friend when she
is online. Oh, there is a Pokemon park in Taiwan, will

working at the Pokepark, so I asked you. :P
