Also I've been to two in Ikebukuro where there are girls dressed as kodona/suit guys (and very convincingly too *blush* XD;...)

Mmm. I would love to see the one with the girl kodana. What I'm really looking for are pictures of the staff or the inside of the place. But damn, I'm all for those 80+1 guys. (Are those girls on the bottom of the staff page? You know, Those last three. I think they might be.)

I'm sure there are pictures of the (ever-so-gorgeous) staff on the B-Lily Rose website, you have to click "Garcons" for it. (Not too sure though, IE doesn't work on this computer so neither does the site T_T)
