whoops! measurements. the waist and sleeve length are up there, and the bust is about 35 inches on the ruffly one, and 36/37 for the lacy blouse. They are both pretty stretchy, too. Love spandex.

My friend says that you generally subtract 3 inches from the max meas to get minimum measurement but if that's the case I'm too small (@x@);

Well, they both still fit me okay, and I have the flattest chest in history. My chest is only 33 inches, and that's being generous ^^ There is a photo of me wearing the smaller one in the comments somewhere..
