Aug. 2nd, 2006 11:15 amHey everybody!
Okay, this is not for RIGHT NOW, as I am quite a but chubbier than I'd like to be at the moment and I'm trying to lose weight before making any big clothing purchases, but I was just wondering how much a reproduction of this MMM dress would probably run (this dress doesn't have to be reproduced in velvet or whatever it is that they're using, I just adore the design and the color):

And also this MM dress:

And another question: is there such a thing as an empire-waisted Lolita dress? Because of the way I'm built (short and stocky,) an empire waist is the most flattering cut for me.

Date: 2006-08-02 07:43 pm (UTC)If you don't mind me asking, how much does the shirring stretch to do you think? I have a friend who is interested in getting into lolita, but her bust is a bit bigger than the average brand dress. I'm trying to get an idea of what might fit her best.
Thank you!

Make sure that the seam hits under your boobs and doesnt lay ontop of them because it often makes you look like a cow in a mumu :/ no matter your size.
