Problems with sasuga books

Has anyone else ever had a problem with Sasuga Books before? I ordered Gosu Rori Vol. 6 from them last month on July 9th and it still says it's processing. Now I recieved and email from them 5 days later after I ordered saying it would take about 3 days to process the order. I just sent them an email asking what's going on. I'm starting college early in Philly and am wondering if it's really worth the wait for this.

It's possible that they were out of stock in the warehouse. If that is the case, they have to order fromtheir supplier in Japan and that can take little over a month. They are usually pretty good about keeping you apprised of the order status so I would wait for a further response. I know they also attend Otakon and I think that's going on this weekend? If it takes a long time for a reply, that is probably why.

Otakon is definately going on this weekend. Also, which college if you don't me asking? I go to Moore. Hope to see at Philly meetups! ^__^

my boyfriend encountered exactly the same problem with sasuga, (also with vol. 6) i think he eventually cancelled his order although im not sure, i did receive my gosu rori though!

yea i dont know with which company i finally got my gosu rori, i do know that company gave me samurai sticker o_0

I wouldn't trust Sasuga Books to begin with. Their website doesn't even load properly half the time, isn't that a little bit of an indication?

Also, I thought they were moving slowly because of a recent death in the company?

I recently ordered 6 and 7, I had to wait three weeks. but once they contacted me again, it came really fast. I got the email that it shipped, and the same day it arrived at me door. I think the email got delayed.

Just stick it out, because I think it still says on the homepage there going threw a tough time.

I had some problems with them recently (April or May of this year)--as i understand it, one of the owners passed away very suddenly and i think the business may still be a little shakey. But aside from that, they also seem to order things on-demand, so it may take longer than they suggest on their site. I have found that they are quite helpful if you email them and ask what's going on.
