After seeing all these tea party/gathering pictures, I'm a bit envious. Are there enough Dallas area lolitas interested in holding a tea party?

I'm near Dallas, but i don't really have any EGLish clothes yet. *is beyond broke x_X* I know one of my friends who lives near here does though. I've never seen any lolitas in Dallas, unless they're hiding, lol.
