69th department size 11 shoe order
Jun. 8th, 2006 01:30 pmSo, I've been wanting some rocking horse shoes for a looooonnnnngggg time and just recently found 69th department [http://xx69thxx.exblog.jp/] and they sell them in my size [us 11 womens]
So in order to place an order I have to get 10 people together who want to order a size 11. I'm just wondering if anyone is interested. They are USD 70 dollars per pair.
Please let me know if you're interested. ^_^

Date: 2006-06-10 04:33 am (UTC)But really, it didn't matter anyway... I would have been miserable all weekend if I had worn them... they're really that big. T_T
I normally have issues with Demonia and Hot Topic 11's being too short, but I wear a true size 11. I don't have wide or narrow feet or anything, and most size 11's fit me perfectly from normal shoe companies. The only time size 11's don't fit is if the arch is in the wrong place or the straps hit my toe just the wrong way... you know that kind of thing... but these shoes are just *way* too big... and the straps on my pair are placed so far forward that they really don't help keep them on my feet at all... infact, I rather think it makes the shoes more dangerous... I worry that if my foot slips out that I will get tripped up in the laces and hurt my ankle...
Maybe if everyone else has this issue we can get them replaced with the correct size?

Date: 2006-06-13 12:01 am (UTC)It also sounds like someone screwed up... if it's the manufacturer then we should demand they fix it. But if it was Aimee (with wrong measurements, although I think she had all the right ones if I remember right)... well then we're all screwed :/
Such a sticky situation, but I didn't pay 100-something bucks to have shoes that won't fit me! I guess I'll see when my order arrives :(
