Looking for a seamstress

I talked my husband into allowing me to spend about 200 on a lolita outfit. However I'm a size 16. I was wondering if any of you very talented seamstress's could do something within that budget if I provided the materials? I live in the US, Michigan specifically. I like wa-loli, gothic lolita, and aristrocratic fashions. Please let me know if we can work together.

(plus, what do you mean by 'outfit'. you can order a loli blouse+skirt+ maybe pannier from supertech for that much money, and probably brand blouse+skirt but you're not talking dress, shoes, or handbags etc right?)

I'm currently unemployed. That's where the allowing comes in. As for outfit I mean the dress or the blouse and skirt. None of the acessories.

Sure I'm still deciding and pondering getting a job after I heal from surgery. Since that doesn't need to go to bills it'll be spending money. Muhahahahhahaha.
