I emailed her today to get my money back because I still have not received anything. I went through paypal to try and resolve this issue, but since it has been past 45 days, paypal will not work on it. So please be aware if you are waiting to file a complaint. Because the time is running out.

It's sad because I could have sent that money to someone in this group that has a setup company and instead I took a chance. I hope I don't get burned because it was a lot of money. :(

Edit: She did email me back saying that she sent it about a week ago and it must have been lost in the mail. That she would refund my money next week when she gets paid. I emailed her back asking for a tracking number, and address she sent it to because I would rather have the items than the money back. But haven't heard back yet. I hate to doubt her, but unless I get a tracking number from her, it's all too "convienient".

Chambord's better in a mix. I rather enjoy it near half and half in Sprite. Fruity and super sweet but not too sickening.

And I'm not legal til the end of January :P My family actually got me all the Goldschlager. The vodka's for making medicinal herbal tinctures. The mango rum is half from the family, again, and half from having friends over 21.

Yep. I have two drawers in my dresser thingie devoted to herbs. One's full of tons of dried herbs and the other is full of jars of tinctures and oils.

Lesson learned : tinctures are much less disgusting when made with vodka than when made with Jack Daniels.

I know it's been said before, but she did have that death in the family. She had mentioned to me in an email about the lucky pack that she purchased from me that some of hers had been sent. Have you emailed her about this issue and she's not responding? You can always leave a note in her private journal as well.

I don't want to blast anyone. It's just that now I don't hear from her or have a date where things can be ready by.

I was kind of skeptical about her lucky packs since she came out of nowhere. I was honestly a bit surprised that so many people bought them, but then again, how can you pass up $80.00 for three or so loli items? I half wonder if now she's finding out that it will cost her more than $80.00 per pack to deliver what she promised.

Actually the whole thing was such a stressful disaster that I probably won't be doing them again. ^^;

I'll be thinking up other good sales though. I might do something where the buyer selects an item and I use whatever fabric I want... or I might do a lucky-bag that guarantees certain items so you know what you're getting but not what they'll actually look like... but I won't be doing it how I did this time. It was way too stressful. @__@

It depends on when you order it, but certainly if you order it soon, that will not be a problem. ^__^

When you order, be sure to tell me what date you need it by so that I can be absolutely sure it arrives in time for your event, if not sooner.

Ohh, I ordered a blue dress from her but her sister messed up the shipping and it never came. Because of mishaps I couldn't pay her until it was clear the dress was lost(stupid not being able to drive to the post office or use paypal! >_<; at least I can get rides to places now. it was so hectic then), so she told me not to pay. ^-^; she was very nice, so i hope all is well! :O

Im in the same seat as you but im gonna give her a few more weeks since we are mailing. In my last mail i got from her (12 april) she responded with:

"oh man you didnt get your pack yet ok...for some reason a few of my
packs, especially international customers are being returned because my
post office lady told me that they must have a phone number on them for
customs reasons. i think its silly but i cant cheat the post office you
know. so if you havent gotten it yet then i assume its on the way back
and will ask my postal lady today when she comes by. i will let you
know when i can expect to reship the pack to you. im so sorry for the

That's what she said about her US orders too. I actually did receive three of my US lucky packs back because of packaging issues. If you send a Priority Mail package through the automated kiosk, if you use a flat-rate box, there's no selection for it. There's a selection for flat rate envelopes, but not packages.... so I figured it would be okay to use the flat rate box and send it for the normal price. I'm sure I sent more than three of them that way, but only three came back. Apparently, if someone actually sees the error, they'll be sent back to you or the person will have to pay the difference on the other end. The flat rate boxes are really new and so are the automated kiosks, so errors are to be expected with new systems like that.

Anyhow, hers was one of the packs that came back and I told her to watch out for that problem since I knew she was sending her own lucky packs. And she told me that maybe that was the problem with a lot of hers. I didn't think much of it since I just had that problem... but combined with this international shipping hoo-ha, I think she's lying. Not to diss on anyone, but I send things internationally all the time, and you don't need a phone number for customs. ~_~

It really depends on the post office. By me, I cannot ship international packages without a phone number. They won't accept the package. I had a problem like this when I had to return something. The post office worker said if, I atleast put an email address he would send it.

I see what you're saying, but shouldn't that be cleared up before the package is even sent? I've never put numbers on any of the international orders I have ever sent, and they have never been returned to me for that reason. I have had one returned for "incorrect itemization" or something like that, one returned because of the address, and another returned because of the address being in Chinese. But I've never had one returned because of the number. ^^;

a flaw with paypal is they don't give you the phone number if you do the label online. There is one by me that will ship without the number or I just usually put any numbers. What sounds fishy here is that if she used paypal to create the shipping labels, you cannot create them without the phone number. I've yet to have a package sent back for not having the phone number but if she took them to the post office and they accepted it then send it back, that's fishy.

Uhmmm just to let you know from what I've heard, I bought a pair of MMM socks from her, they took over a month to arrive & she rarely replied to my E-Mails however to her credit I remember her mentioning she had a death in the family so that might be the problem... Apparently what happened is when she sent my socks they got returned to her because she needed to add a phone number now that has never happened to me & I've bought from the US a lot but it can probably happen if you have the misfortune of landing in a shitty post office than does everything by the book I guess... Eh just thought I'd let people know of my experience! :)

Did she send the sock EMS because EMS is the only international shipping that requires a phone number or something written in that feild to ship. I alsopurchased some meta socks from her but this was a while ago and they arrive very quickly.
