Ruffle petticoat skirt

SOLD!!

New, excellent condition, only tried on once. It's too short for me, that's my only reason for selling it (I'm 6 feet tall.)
It's so new it still has the Baby tag on it. This skirt is GORGEOUS it has a lot of pintucks and beautiful ruffles and lace. Very high quality and worth everything. I'm totally bummed to sell it actually.

The measurements according to BTSSB are "About 62-67cm" (there is shirring in the back)

The Color I'm selling is the black on black (no white.) This is totally sold out at BTSSB (probably for a while actually.)

I'm looking to get at least $175 to cover the cost I paid for it. I can accept check, money order and paypal and can ship internationally. No payment plans!

Um, I'm not bidding but I have a question about this skirt I've been wondering forever so I hope you don't mind me asking ^^ Is it as good as a petticoat/pannier? Meaning that you can get a shape like the pics on baby's site without another petticoat underneath.. o_O
