recommendations for people to commission replica lolita outfits AND SHOES from?

--- --- I'm sure this has been discussed before... if so, I apologize.
Since I'm really tall a lot of lolita dresses are too short for me, etc...Usually I make my own inspired-by or replica dresses. I really enjoy it, but sometimes I just don't have time to make it myself, and just want the dress!!

Can anyone recommend sellers or seamstresses who do a REALLY EXCELLENT job making replica lolita dresses, skirts and blouses? There are a ton of sellers on ebay, but so many people don't use photos of their own work, so it's really hard to tell what type of quality their work is. Seeing as I sew myself, I really wouldn't want to commission someone to make a dress for me unless it was _really_ WELL MADE. Otherwise I'd be disappointed. I don't mind paying for quality work, I would rather do that then pay a little for something that is poorly made.
Suggestions??

I wanted to commission someone to make me a pair of Angelic Pretty like shoes, but the only place I've found so far only does 4 inch pumps or higher (no wedges or flats, and as I'm tall, I'd prefer a flat. It must be a place that can do size 11 (women's USA) or higher.

wouldn't that suggest that they'll make flats/low-heel shoes as well as high heels?

it would suggest that wouldnt it? but when I emailed them a picture of some AP shoes, they said the lowest heel they could make was 10 cm. :( I asked specifically if I could make flats, and they said no...

And hun? As soon as I learn to sew better/finish my courses I'm making sure to make tall loli clothing! Just right now I'm not so hot at sewing. Least not up to professional standards...

Electroncat on here is an excellent seamstress, her site supert3ch.com is temporarily closed but i'm sure she could show you some past work pictures.
eBay wise I found Fanplusfriend's quality be excellent and they do commissions.

Just a note: Custom made shoes are INCREDIBLY expensive usually if you are thinking about going to a cobbler.

well, considering I'd be willing to pay the $200 or so for brand lolita shoes if they came in my size...! As long as they aren't like $300-$500 range, I think I'd be willing to pay it.

I wish I could offer my grandfather as a place to go for coustom shoes, but he's old now and only repairs shoes anymore. *le sigh* If he still made shoes I'd get him to make me a pair too. lol.

I'm having my father make me shoes in Colombia... it's not cheap, but cheaper than where I live. Maybe you can see if there's someone around you with contacts to another country?
