You can sometimes find lacy toppers and knee high socks with lace and ribbon as well. However, it depends on the Hot Topic.

Hot Topic will always carry some things that are EGL, but this is only the nature of the business. Hot Topic caters to "alternative" styles of dress. I still think the majority of their inventory is overpriced and cheaply made.

People always say that Hot Topic is cheaply made.

For the 4 or 5 years of buying everything from them just about, nothing has ever broke, torn, etc. My pants have faded, but that's because of the detergent.

I recently got a set of lace thigh highs for an outfit of mine, and its gone through the wash and dryer multiple times, and I'm rough on my leg wear, cuz I never sit properly enough, and snag it all the time, and they seem to still be in perfect condition. ^_^

I have to agree, I bought a pair of thigh highs from them for prom 2 years ago and they are still my favorite ^_^! Some of their cloths could be better made but it is not as bad as people say...

Those stockings are the EXACT same stockings that come with Leg Avenue's Alice costume.
Meaning then, that the quality is not so good and the design lightens when the stockings are worn (IE - stretched) (somewhat like a blown up balloon's design). I have them. I don't like them.

However, I do have both of those shirts and they are actually a very wonderful take on Disney's Alice. VERY WONDERFUL. If I'm correct actually, the entire shirt design is from a Japanese designer. Anyone else care to expand? I forgot the designer's name unfortunately. The print is nice and hasn't even begun to fade in the wash. And the cotton, though soft, is not too thin.

I love thier knee high lace garter socks, they go well with most of my loli clothes. And I got a cute fake pearl necklace with a gold skull and crossbones charm there too. They also have a rose ring that looks like a Japanese brand that I saw a while back. Like most places, you got to pick and choose and be creative. In my way of thinking, this type of creativity can lead to one's self be more proud of lovely original outfit....

I bought awesome thigh-high lace hose for my Mana cosplay...and they stretched and after two days they were falling to my ankles.

I also bought beautiful knee-highs with lace and bow trim...but the bows fell off the first time I put them on.

I was overjoyed to purchase these, but they are such crappy quality! Sorry everyone T^T

And hot topic isn't so bad...like any store, they have good and bad. Just stay away from those stereotypical mall goths omg *runs*
