Do any of you lovely lolis/gents have any tips for bleaching hair?

Here's my quandary:
I have dark blonde hair. I've bleached it out bunches, as anyone on my friends list would know,
but I can't make the cross to platinum white.

I am blessed by our Goddess to have hair the consistency and strength of Kevlar. I've bleached it three times THIS WEEK and it's still satin-soft! I"m applying "toner" (I didn't know what it was, either!^-^) in about an hour. I will update to this community with my results!
