Petticoat question

So I'm attending a convention at the end of the month, and I have a petticoat from a "non-Lolita" web site.I believe it's bell shaped, but I wanted to be sure it was acceptable. So I asked my friend who's a seasoned Lolita whether or not it could work since I'm strapped for cash; but all I got was advise. Don't get me wrong, advice is always appreciated; but I still didn't get a yes or no (or maybe I'm just slow...).

Question about Chinese brand Dear Celine

Hello! Has anybody recently purchased from Taobao store Dear Celine? What shopping service have you used?

I was surprised by my shopping service (taobaofocus.com) writing me yesterday, that Dear Celine doesn’t work with them now.

I’ve chosen Taobaofocus because they have low commissions and ship by Airmail, and I’ve already used them twice. And this spring I successfully received Dear Celine items from them.

That’s why I ask. Has anybody had problems with Dear Celine? May it be that they have not worked with foreign shopping services recently? Or is it just some strange problem with Taobaofoсus?

I like Dear Celine clothes very much, and I’d like to buy them now and in the future.
