LING LAM UPDATE...again!

Update 1)I decided to pull clothes order for now until I get my skirt. I don't girls getting ripped off. Ling Lam told me she will mail it directly from China so we save shipping on that. I am going to send her a list with each of your name,address and order. We will still need to send one paypal. The order for shoes will end on Sunday at 12 am PST.

Update 2)The crown shoes got approved to be made. The designer still need to see if they can have the pearl chain. We would only need 22 pairs now since they liked the design so no 100 minimum. They will be 24.5USD in white,black,red,pink and any size. Please comment if you don't mind if the pearl chain isn't there. It would be pretty easy to add your own.

I don't know if this is the place (putting this is sew_loli too) : Anyone have advice for making a whole dress? Altering dresses I can do but I would like to be able to draft a pattern for a whole dress, with or without sleeves.

Pembroke Lolita Tea Party

Hi all! I have a little something to share!
About a month ago an Alice in Wonderland themed Lolita tea party was held in Pembroke, MA. The event was hosted by cosplay.com user L o l i t a, and she did a wonderful job!
We just got the amazing photos by our photographer, Bruce O'Bryan. He took alot of great group shots, and took individual pictures of many of the guests.
There is a beautiful gallery of the photos here.
And there is also a short article from the Patriot Ledger about the event and some of the attendees here.

I was wondering if anyone could help me out buying the MONTREAL shoes that look like this (I think they are BTTSB replicas?):

There are two stores that sell them on ebay, REFUSE TO BE USUAL (link) and Crazy Nana (link).

Refuse to Be Usual is much more expensive, but I'm willing to pay it if they are more reliable/better quality/etc. Can anyone tell me their opinion on which store is better, or point me in the right direction?
