Hey everyone!
I know it's been mentioned a couple of times before, but I figured I'd give my review on the "
Body Line" clothing company. I received 6 pieces in the mail today, and am quite pleased with them! It's definitely EGL for the masses, but for every-day wear, this stuff works perfectly. And still, the sewing quality is better than stuff I have purchased at malls here. :) Unfortunately, the materials aren't that spectacular. The cottons are thin and a little rough, the lace is the standard nylon lace you find at your local fabric shop, and one dress had an odd fish odor to it ^_^;;.
Also, I have to say, one-size-fits-most is pretty accurate. The elastic in the skirts conform nicely, but the shirts to tend to run on the small side. And when you order clothing from the well known EGL companies, you get tons of frills with your outfit (and I don't mean lace!), they are nicely lined, and more often then not come with a petticoat built in them (to a degree, you can always fluff it up with another one). Body Line is definitely a no frills company, so you'll have to invest in a good white and black petticoat if you want some flair to it.
But here we go!
( Reviews and pictures of the clothing (from the site) I purchased. I'll have pictures of myself in the outfits eventually :) )And that's that! I hope to have pictures soon for you guys to get a better look at them. But I think for some of the cash-restricted Lolis out there who want something a bit more on the authentic side, Body Line is the way to go!
