What's the best/easiest way to make bows similar to these or these out of ribbon? I'm using 5/8" wide ribbon and trying for something about 3-4" wide; the usual way I do it with super-thin ribbon doesn't look right.

I was poking around the Metamorphose page today and was really surprised to find that they list their one-size as being a U.S. size 8! Their individual outfit measurements seem to confirm this, even though it seems awfully large for a one-size in Japan. Has anyone ordered from Metamorphose, and, if so, do their clothes really fit the sizes and measurements given or is it cutting it really close? (I've heard that some Japanese clothes manufactures have, for whatever reason, overestimated measurements).

My measurements all in inches
Bust: 36 (( I wear a padded bra so that CAN be taken down a few inches most like))
Waist: 31 (( Also recently gained ten pounds... I can squish in to about a 29 >.> ))
Torso length: 15

I don't think there's anything more I need to know about measurements.

Some goth loli clothes from Tokyo

Hey thought you guys might want to see some of the Gothic lolita clothing I got while living in Japan. I just went to Otakon so lots of helpful people took digital pictures of me and put them up hehe.. no work on my part, in otherwords =D

This pic is a metamorphose dress I picked up half off in harajuku this summer. The petticoat underneath and the parasol are also both metamorphose. The shoes were bought at the MaruiOne in Shinjuku.

The shirt in this picture is from Takuya Angel (there are little bat wings in the back you can't see :p oh! and I MET the takuya from takuya angel when i bought this shirt! XD=D) (notice a stuffed Yuki plushie from fruits basket sticking out of my pocket ;]). The skirt is Zazou planet

This is my pride and joy of the weekend. The pincurls for the wig are from a shady hair extension shop in harajuku and the wig is from a costume store in pittsburgh actually. The black shirt and red corset are from Millfleurs, which is sold in the atlier Pierrot store in harajuku, and the black skirt (also a petticoat) is from metamorphose. (i'm on the right, obviously. The feathered headpiece (which you cant really see :p) I made.
