Okay, I guess this could be an intro, but actually, I have a question!!

For the ones who buy their clothes online, how do you measure yourself? I've never, ever bought any type of clothing from online, not even shoes, because the sizes vary depending upon the brand, right? But anyway, where do you measure, and with what? If someone could help me, I would be so grateful XD;

I'd just like to thank all those Loli's out there who posted on here about Bargain Lolita finds at Wal Mart. I've just returned from a month-long holiday to the US, and whilst I was there I managed to pick up a bucket load of great cheap clothes, and lace/ribbons/sewing materials!
