While I realize Hot Topic is rather popular as it is and some may scoff at those who like it or some such thing, I found some arm warmers that struck me as rather lolli-ish.

Now all Details of the event are being hashed out on the mailing list. Including list of participants and what food item they shall be bringing.

Here's the basics.

June 21st, 12 'o'clock at Waterfront station by the Starbucks, is our meeting place. From there we have our pot luck picnic (location still in the works) and then off to China Town for shopping and showing off our clothes. ^_____^

Shadowfae.com has this lovely little Lolita-esque dress, called the Vinyl Doll Dress. As a matter of fact, I wore this dress to Katsucon this past February, very lovely and Mana-like. At 55$, it's pretty affordable, and it's also very comfortable (just not in warm weather). It can be found at http://www.shadowfae.com/vinyldoll.html .

Oh, yes, and Gothboots.co.uk has some lovely boots and stilettos that would go nicely with some of the kinkier EGL costumes.
