I just bought this dress on Ebay. Do you think it has a egl potential ? What modifications should I do ?

That big satin X makes quite a statement, and therefore makes any changes difficult to suggest.
You will want this tailored to fit you well (definitely cinch the waist), but I don't think you'd need to add or modify anything but that.
Of course, the right accessories are necessary, and make sure your shoes and lipstick match the dress color. Blue seems to work best with blonde hair (so you might need a wig if that's not your natural color), and with these simple lines, a super comlex hirdo would overwhelm it. Long and very straight (remember to keep some in front of your ears), or with only a subtle wave would be best in my opinion.

Those suggestions of mine may sound to be contrary to every egl rule, whatever they are, but I think they would work in this case.

Well, that gives you a lot more options with the hair and makeup, but I still stand by my other suggestions. With these stark lines, stitching lace to it would overburden the design, in my opinion. If you feel you must have something frilly, try a slip or petticoat that peeks out just under the hem of the skirt.

Already it's a pretty stylish dress. Just wear a petticoat and maybe a lace ruffle at the neck. And white stockings. Nice find for ebay!!

I loved this dress as I saw it. Moreover it costs me only 1$50 because nobody wanted to buy it ^^

I think adding some lace to the bottom would fill it out nicely.

Either black or white thigh-highs/knees socks(depending on where it comes to on your legs) would work. Big shoes, of course.

Maybe a simple black choker with something in the middle?

A cute Loli headband would be nice too.
