I'm eyeing a mini top hat from the brand Spica. It's pretty reasonably priced, only the equivalent of about $30-35. If I can just figure out the actual dimensions of the hat, and it's not too big to look right on my little head ^^;, then I plan to buy it. Uuuunfortunately, Babelfish didn't help very mch in trying to discover the hat's dimensions. Can anyone here read enough Japanese to tell me how big it is?

Which top hat were you looking at?
The top lines of the descriptions contain sentences like 高さ８センチｘ頭回り３６センチ. That is 8cm in height and 36cm in circumfrence.
