EGL Alert : Loli-esque Skirts Spotted in Target Flyer

Moreso the skirt on the left than the one on the right, but not bad for $12.99. Sorry for the unclear scan. If you can't tell, the one on the left is a full three-tiered skirt, slightly ruffled, and the one on the right is fitted and then flares out with a nice big ruffle.

In other news, I made my first headpiece today. ^_^ Very basic, plain black fabric trimmed in black ruffly lace with hearts, and black ribbon ties. I'll have to take pictures of me loli-ed up soon, won't I?
