Hey!

I was wondering if anyone knew a place I could find small tophats, and other small hats.
Not tiny ones, more that 1/3 or 2/3 of normal size. I think I have seen them at Baby the Star Shine bright or Angelic Pretty. ^_^ So does anyone know an affordable place that ships to america(or based in america?) ^_^

I 3rd the craft store idea. I found nice sized top hats at Ben Franklin Crafts. Absolutly perfect. I just glued on a bunch of lace & flowers & it looks great. I gave it to a good friend of mine to match her outfit for Sunday at Katsucon. I know there are pictures of her online, but I can't remember if you can see the hat.I found a really great straw hat at Bens too.I covered that in lace & flowers & it looked good too. What's great about it is that it was REALLY cheap to make & turned out nicely as well.
