I've been a member of this community for a while but haven't posted before. So hi!

I am wondering if anyone here has ever ordered from theclothingwhore.com?
There are two very lolitaesque dresses that I really want and the price seems reasonable. Any comments as far as shipping, quality etc..?

At 5'9" I have pretty much accepted the fact that despite my slimness I am probably too broad shouldered and busty to ever fit into anything from a Japanese lolita shop even if I could afford it.

I'm 5'8" and busty. Id reccomend looking for 'square dancing dresses' (and patterns if you sew). They often come with more boob room in them, and they are VERY egl. I know of lolli's who swear by them. (myself included). Go take a peek on ebay, look for these search words:
"square dancing" "square dance" "square dance dress" "sissy dress" and "adult baby dress" (the last two are a bit odd, but you tend to find much larger egl style dresses in those two).

Thanks but I already own lots of square dance dresses that I bought from Ebay:) I don't sew but I was able to figure enough out to modify a few of my own outfits with lace edges and ribbons and such. I own a few of the more lolitaesque Jeannie Nitro and Shrine dresses but they are quite heavy and I need some decent lightweight outfits since Summer will be here soon. Thanks anyway though:)

I'm 5'7, but all my height is in my torso, so I find it tricky to find clothes. Especially EGL stuff. My measurements are 36-25-35, but I have a tiny B cup bust believe it or not. I just have this huge difference between my waist and my huge rib cage. It makes it hard to fit into a lot of clothes because I have to take the underbust measurement into account. I've bought tons of dresses on ebay that fit through the waist and someone can easily hold the zipper together for the bust but there is no way the fabric would zip past my ribs.

I'm glad I can sew! I'm really looking forward to trying out some EGL looks at Sakura Con. My anime costumes have always attracted a crowd, I hope this look will be fun as well!
