Pink and Black are pretty cute - perhaps other acceories in the same pink eg socks with black trim?

I think you can blend the two no problem, it just depends on what aspects of each you pick out. I am personally more of a punk/goth/EGA girl, but i do love some of the sweeter accessories. You should just pick out your fave dress and go from there! If you want more of a sweet look, pick something out with a light base colour with some black accents, or even something red plaid with white, then add some accessories that go both ways with style ^^! good luck!

To be honest, I'm kind of wary about taking a sweet color and inserting black. Although I think pink can look really cute with black, it can also simply look like you're wearing all the wrong things together. That particular dress at least has some black on it to begin with, so I think it would go well with some black accessories, though I think you'd need a bit of pink sprinkled in to tie it all together. I think you'd still basically end up with a sweet outfit that happens to have some black worked in.

I dont see whats wrong with that combination at all. As someone said above match it with pink/black socks or if you cant find the sae shade of pink then all black socks would look good aswell. If you have pinks that dont match itl look weird.

I think black and pink is a combination that in lolita has to have a specific balance... It's actually my favorite lolita color combination, but it's often done incorrectly and ends up looking cheap or tacky. :/

Like... I actually rather like that AP dress (though at first I didn't xD). This (http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a329/QueenofStripes/Soldes/pinkbakingJSK2.jpg) is a good non-brand example, imo; this (http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b267/TalentlessMoo/Otakon%202006/DSCN0249.jpg) is not.

And as for mixing sweet and goth elements, I'm all for a sweet lolita with a punk bag and coat. xD

I think the combination is really cute~ But don't always use black accessories...there's other colors that you can coordinate with it but don't over do it or it'd look tacky. I've tried the sweet and goth elements; I have a nice non-brand one piece with crowns and ribbons on it but I carry my coffin purse all the time (I don't believe in matching bags with my wardrobe unless I have more than one bag.....which I don't) and wear a white leather choker XD.

I think bags with wings are a bit mall goth - you should find something sweeter with pink and black...

I think that wouldn't look too bad, but I can't figure out what that rabbit-thing is that you posted. n_n;; If I knew how it was intended to be worn, then I could offer another suggestion. *giggles* However, I think for that dress, you would look best if some of your accessories also incorporated musical notes. That dress is very-very themed, so it kind of requires accessories with a similar theme for balance. n_n Does that make sense?
