some info please

Hello :) I rly need some help, I live in portugal, and there are no lolita clothing stores here, or anything of the like...not even close. I looked for someone to make me some skirts and all, but all the people I knew said it was too hard for them and bla bla bla. I was wondering if you lolis knew any store in europe or anyone that could make me some loli clothing, since I seem to be the nly one in portugal interested. (I ask for someone in europe because anything out of europe, I'm charged an extra 35 euros (like 32 dollars) just for entering the country.)

also i dont know if you know this but there's a portuguese message board called Nihon no Facon (http://bona-xira.net/forum/index.php) I think its in portuguese anyway they might be able to help you.
