i'm just wondering where i can get a subscription to the gothic &lolita bible. if you could let me know thx very much.

You can't get a subscription through the bibles outside of Japan.
However, through Jlist they will send you one everytime they have the new one available. I'm not sure I haven't done that.

When the latest one comes out I go to www.amazon.co.jp they have a shop in english option there.

Cut and paste this in the search window "ゴシック＆ロリータバイブル"
It says gothic and lolita bible in japanese. Then use the view page in English option. They ship right away too and have used books that are cheaper.

I use this to translate whole pages in Japanese:
