You could look for one in the doll section of a craft store. Or there's patterns for a couple in the Handmade G&L @ Gosu Rori Mooks.

Fyne Hats (http://fynehats.com) sells little ones with an exaggerated brim that you might like. The example pic for "Brown Hats" is super tiny... and I believe they'll make any style in any color. I've never ordered from them, so I don't know what their customer service is like, but it seems to be a very EGL-friendly style. Hope that helps!

I just picked a couple up at the craft store, they're cute... I think they're meant for teddy bears or something. ^_^
