Torrid has some really cute mary janes but I was wondering if they were made specifically for a wide foot? It doesn't mention that anywhere on the site so I'm wondering if someone else knows. Thanks!! :oD!

Well, I had a pair of Hot Topic Mary Janes that were my size (11) but too narrow for my foot and I couldn't get them on. I've worn women's 11 (US) but I'd say go a size bigger if you're unsure (or don't buy them on clearance ^_^;;).

I have two pairs of Torrid maryjanes and I also have a thin foot. They are a little wide, I guess, but they have the buckle strap so they fit just fine when adjusted. They do run small, however. And I guess it would depend on what shoe you're looking at. I have the heart maryjanes and the ones with lace ruffles. ^_^ They are very dear shoes.

Torrid's shoes are normal us sizes. I think they only sell plus-sized clothing not plus sized shoes. They have a lot of cute shoes and accessories. Luckily Albuequrque has a Torrid and a 2 Hot Topics. ^_^

If the original company is Pleasers or Demonia, they're usually a bit on the wide side. If the original company is NYLA they're on the narrower side. Hot Topic has this habit of slapping their company label on top of the other company's label, so unless you've seen the shoes before and know what company made them, it's all up to luck.

I've got a pair of the black velvet T.U.K.'s... and the width on them seems about standard, to be honest. My father the jolly green fricken giant blessed me with size 11.5 feet... and the 12's are near perfect. I was pleased; generally a pair of MJ's runs me $50 or more, because they've got to be ordered from the UK.

All the shoes I've bought from Torrid is like a circle, almost.. XD VERY VERY wide. Ok I live in Sweden and we do not have "wide" shoes, they're all in one width and it is quite narrow (glad that I've got normal-width feet). So these Torrid shoes are killer-wide to me, quite grotesque wide.. XD
