Crosses and Petticoats has a list of patterns here (http://www.frozen-spring.net/crosses/patterns.html) that are EGL-able. If you look up Folkwear patterns (I believe denverfabrics.com sells them), the Gibson Girl Blouse and the Victorian Bathing Costume are quite loli-able if I remember right. The Gothic&Lolita Bibles all come with patterns in them. And if you read through the posts in this community, you'll find information about two books of Gothic Lolita patterns out of Japan. The first one has a blue cover and is called either tezukuri or Home Made Gothic & Lolita (sometimes Hand Made). The second has a red cover and is usually called Gosu Rori. The first blue mook's patterns are more traditional and sweet EGL. The second has more goth and punk influences. The skirts in the second one also seem a bit shorter than some of us are used to seeing in EGL fashion.

For some reason I find Gosu Rori and Handmade G&L are easier to use than American patterns. Maybe I'm weird or something, but I just finished the sailor blouse from Handmade G&L.

Ooo! I'm planning to start sewing that blouse soon. Do you have any particular tips? And I'd love to see a photo of your blouse.

Yeah sure I'll take a pic of it tonight. The collar is really hard to make and I messed up a little on mine, one side is a little bigger than the other. They don't have exact measurements for it in the book so I had to make mine a little longer on the side and then just trim it off a little.

I made two dresses over the weekend using the French Maid costume pattern from Simplicity, and the other one using the Stewardess pattern, with the French made sleeves at top and the stewardess sleeves for the lower arms. They came out lovely.
