Kazuko Ogawa (http://www.kazukoogawa.com/) also ships worldwide but her site is in Japanese though. But if you want to buy from then just email them in English and they'll help you.

And to add about Kazuko Ogawa, she also does custom sizing if you do not fit into size 9(Japanese size) used by the other companies.
