The bloomers can be easily made out of a commercial pants pattern, get a pattern for wide legged elasstic waisted pants, make a mock up short version (cut them off at the knee or so, then use a piece of ribbon to mark the length you want the leg. Be sure that you poof it over the ribbon as much as you want now, because you'll need that length. You can also add width if you want it out more than over). Draw a line at the ribbon. Transfer it to the paper pattern, leaving yourself enough seam allowance to make a casing for elastic or a hem.
The easy way to transfer would be to measure from the waist to the line along the outside seam, make a mark on the pattern, then measure the inseam and make a mark there on the pattern. You'll be able to see if the line needs to curve for the right shape or if it's mostly straight.
Then sew in fashion fabric and add the lace. I'd add the lace before sewing the side seam, while the fabric is flat. (do 'em backwards, inseam first, then waistband, hem/lace, then outseam, then add the ribbon to the lace).

I so could use that right now, I've put myself in a financial bind because of sewing. My mom got me a machine for xmas, and I wanted to use it, so I went over budget just to get the things that I needed, ouch. hehe

reason I would have like a pattern is due to the fact I would like to make various sizes for my friends also, and I suppose I could make my own pattern, but, it does take quite a lot of effort and I don;t think i have the time nor space to make them :S

Are those from a previous auction?

I know for bloomers, you can get patterns pretty easily, look in the costume section for patterns. That skirt is divine, I want it. I'm thinking with that skirt, if you are a good seamstress, maybe getting a french maid costume pattern and altering it to match that skirt, it just might work.

Maybe so, I know it's easier to just buy, but as of late I'm noticing that they over charge for things. I'm just learning how to sew, and you know I where corsets and they charge $200 plus for them. Supplies for them doesn't even cost $70, I don't think it takes a professional seamstress even a few hours to make one. I found a site for some lolita dresses, they are pretty simple to and they want like $120 for them. I think if I get good at this sewing thing, I'm going to start making and selling. hehe.

But if you are interested I found a pattern that has the short bloomers it's Simplicity 8851.

Yes, I agree, people do massively overcharge, i suppose for me, it's a matter of motivation.
I just feel so bad these days about myself, i've lost all confindence, but, I think i'll be better after the move into our new house. :)

I know what you mean about not having motivation when you are feeling badly about yourself, I got through that from time to time. And the people close will tell you continually how great and wonderful you are, how beautiful you are, but it just doesn't quite sink in, because you don't feel it yourself. I hope you feel better about yourself, going by your picture, if that's you, you are absolutely gorgeous. I wish I were pretty.

All of those are from Baby, the Stars Shine Bright (http://www.babyssb.co.jp/). Baby does have overseas shipping now, but all of their clothes are super expensive (but so beautiful!!!). I found plain black bloomers on Ebay, you could go to a craft store and then attach the white ribbon to it. I just made my first pair of bloomers last week, quite proud of them too. If you want to see a pick I can email an invite to ofoto so you can see.

The pictures are kind of dark, I should have lightened them. I don't think they are too bad for my first finished sewing project. My first project was a corset, i didn't do well, but I get better with each try. :D
