size: adjustable-- laces up the front with a white satin ribbon through metal grommets and has two sets of bra-like fasteners in the back
material: elastic/satin (washable)
garters: yes. detachable elastic/satin

quality/condition: the ribbon is fraying slightly at the ends, otherwise the garment looks brand new.
