UK Lolita/Kodona/Dandy/Aristocrat/VK meet up?


Hello all. I was just wondering that after the lovely time we had on the last meetup in London, if anyone wanted to have another one, based in London again! This time, however, I was thinking that it would be nice if we could arrange a trip to the Japan centre, Madame Tussauds, and the tower of london, as well as shopping in blablapatient, and Saisais, and hopefully combined with a photoshoot!

How is it looking for a day on the first week of august? the weather i think would be perfect. Please let me know!

(by the way, I need a response from people which would be interested, because I'll do a lot of information finding and see if things such as the tower are plausible. I think a photoshoot there would be so cool. )

Ooo, this will be a tough one to make but I might be able to swing it. In August for two week's I'm going on vacation to England with my family, but we're going to be in Cambridge and coxswalds mostly. I suppose I could take a train or something...

You could! Or if your family are cool with the lolita thing, and feel like a bit of touristing in london (cause you have to go if you're visiting the UK!) you could drag them along. Shall I add you to the list?

I can get to London, but it's a fairly long trip and I certainly wouldn't be there until early afternoon. I think you've probably timetabled too much in - I mean, that's got to be at least three Tube trips en masse, and quite a bit of money, and if we're doing photos too it's gonna take a lot longer than it would with just a family visiting. And plus SaiSai's TINY - if there's more than two or three people we won't all fit in ^.^

The Tower of London for a photoshoot does sound awesome - I've not been before - so what about just the Tower and a picnic?

I'm just throwing round suggestions at the moment, the shopping idea was purely because it was so popular last time. Perhaps, to people local to london, we could arrange it around two or three days. People could turn up to the days they want to go.

I know how you feel with the trip to london- personally, I live in north wales and I'm snagging my dad's flat in london for a week anyway.

I really want to go, but I am not sure if my mum will let me. But she might if we like, meet up at Sai Sai first because she's our friend.
But I bet everyone will be MUCH older than me, seeing as I am only eleven...

Aw that's cute! @_@ My cousin is eleven, and I couldn't ever imagine her dressing up in Loli dresses. (Wish she would. She'd be so adorable)

Still, don't feel bad about having a parent accompany you. There was a girl at the last Toronto Loli meet I went to who looked at least 15 and still had her dad following her around. I'm not sure if it was by her asking, or him being overprotective, though.
