Don't think so... that looks more like someone's personal wishlist. I searched on google.co.jp but I can't seem to find any official webpage for Emily Temple Cute. There are a couple specific shop listings, but not much otherwise. I think Emily Temple Cute is really too indies to have a big website.

As for elements, Try http://www.246.ne.jp/~panda303/main.html (http://www.246.ne.jp/~panda303/main.html). It says that it's the elements official home page on the information site. ^_^
