And for the Las Vegas Comic Con I've talked my boyfriend into getting a costume together to match mine...

okay so here is my lame drawing of what it will basically look like:
title or description
The coat, top hate, pants and boots will be plack and the shirt will probably be white.
here are links to the shirt and coat (and yes, I realize hot topic is not the best place to be shopping for such items but it's going ot have to do for these purposes)

Questions:
1: Would it look better with a black shirt or is that too much black?
2: It seems really boring ot me: should I spruce it up with say some ribbon and/or lace trim on say the pockets, bottom of the pants and such?
3:I had another question..I lost it :( If I remeber it I'll ask later.
Thanks :)

Ugh! Hot Topic started carrying Red Balls clothing?!
My day is ruined! *dies*
I hate you Hot Topic.

(I've been bitter ever since they started carrying lip service clothes, those were all the stores I use to shop at when I lived in LA)

But anyway,
I think it would look better with a white shirt. ^^

I don't know about the trim, I would but it would have to be the right kind of lace and in the right place and such.

*giggles* I'd think you'd be happy to be able to find clothes you actually like easier -- yet again, I've never been a fashion martyr. ^_~

I can't stand it when people have the same clothes or the same anything as me.

I loved my hidden little stores in the corner of Los Angeles, but now they are popular, so it sucks.

1. I'd like it with a black shirt; I prefer my boyfriend (when he's being actually gothy and not LOLITA! himself) to be verrrry polished, elegant-looking. You might even try a burgandy or a dark purple shirt, if you can find/make one.

2. Lace will change the look -- it will make him cuter (cuuute!!!) but it will definitely make him look more effeminate, less elegant-masculine. You might compromise on satin trim/edging, which would be fancy but not girly.

3. Gothshop.com has some really neat menswear; kind of expensive, but good quality if you can afford it!
