I hate to be critical cuz they both look lovely! Wonderful look. But based on the picture the apron seems to have a flaw. The lace going down the front isn't flaring out but Ving in towards the front. Or just going straight down instead of following the line of the skirt. It causes some visual confusion and makes the skirt apear narrower.
Also how much flare do you get on the apron? It seems like it's got a fairly small difference in diameter from waist to hem. Would it settle nicely over a skirt with lots of petticoat? Or does it make up the difference with how it's tied in the back? Though it looks like it might not fit properly if you tied it loosely...
Just a few things to think about. ^__^

I have to agree -- I really like the design on both, but the skirt on the apron looks really skinny. Maybe next time you could put a circle skirt on it?

Yeah, I know what you mean. The lace is pretty much running parallel instead of flaring out. My mom made it a few months ago for me... but I don't wear this level of fluffiness so we decided to sell it instead. ^^; She said that since the apron isn't really that full it would look silly if it flared out too much, but I do agree that it should be less parallel. The skirt that's being modelled under the apron has a fairly lare petticoat under it. It could be tied looser or tighter depending on the skirt underneath.

It was pretty straightforward, but some of the things the instructions said were confusing, so we just did how we'd normally make a blouse.
I don't know about a price, was just planning on putting it up on ebay and see what it goes for. ^^;
