I have just wasted two hours searching for a stockist in Australia (I figred it would be cheaper to get it sent from Japan to here as opposed to America then all the way back to Australia) when I came across this site.. http://aoi.100megs4.com/index3.html

have not looked at it fully but there are scans of the gothic lolita bible Vol 2...so I'm guessing that the first volume is probably scanned there as well, hopes this helps anyone.
