egl shopping in Europe?

I will be spending my next semester of college in the Netherlands, and naturally some of the things I'm looking forward to most are clubbing and shopping (y'know... those ever important extracurricular activities. ^_^;). So here's my question... are there any people here who live in/have been to Europe and can recommend some good places to shop for egl-ish or other cool gothic clothing? I'll be visiting several European countries, but since I'm going to school in the Netherlands I'm most interested in finding shops in places like Amsterdam. So if anyone happens to know of any must-see shops (or clubs! Feel free to recommend clubs! ^_^), please share! Thankies! ^_^

Go in ALL of the shops if possible.
Even the trendie ones full of yucky denim and stuff.
I found some really pretty white lace gloves in TopShop and pretty
things like pearl hairslides in claires accessories. Yay.
oh and you can get stripy socks ANYWHERE now. *nod* Mary Janes are
hard to find here. well ones in my size, and with a decent heel.
I have feet too small for normal peoples shoes but too big for child
sizes. poop. I'm a size three and a half or something. bah.
Anyway, It is easy to find accessories like gloves and things
in 'normal' shops, but for dresses and petticoats and things you have
to go to costume shops or charity shops or those teeny goth boutiques
that are hard to find if you dont know where to look.
