hiya ^^ I just joined not too long ago, not ever knowing of its existence (bad bad Mari >_<). Anywhoo, I'm originally from Brooklyn, and I go to school in Chicago. I'm not very egl-ish here, because, for one thing, I"m more used to it in chicago, and plus I've completely lost track of everything back in Brooklyn after about a year of not being around. Is anyone going to BAAF at the end of the month? I'm sure I won't be the only loli there... but I don't know anyone else here who is. >_< Anyway, just wanted to say hi! ^_^

mmm, the pizza is really good, i agree. To be honest, I'm growing sick of this greasy NYC pizza. @.@ I feel so horrible saying that, but the grease just... clings to me. >_

hey, thought I'd let you know since you're a semi-chicagoan, animereactor (http://www.animereactor.com) is going on in October at Rosemont. It's the first year for the convention, and I don't know a whole lot about it, but according to their site it looks like there will be a Cosplay event, an Anime Dance theme night as well as some other fairly EGLish stuff going on.

Ahh, awesome! Thanks a lot! I'll definately try to go, and I'll tell my other EGL tomodachi about it, since she was the most disraught after missing ACen because she had to work. ;_;

Yeah, Chicago is totally awesome, especially Belmont. ^__^ yay! I live in Bensonhurst, and I used to go to high school in Sheepshead Bay. Awesome awesome! ^_^
