Sorry, but Mana is male 100%. If you look at his facial structure, you can note a few differences between that of his and a girl's. Plus, there has been an interview where he did speak, and wow. If a woman has a voice THAT deep, I'm going to wonder about them. Insanely.

Well, facial structure isn't indicative of gender. After all, I've seen some very mannish-looking women, as well as quite feminine-looking men.

Going purely by facial structure, I'd have to agree that Mana looks very female when he's heavily dolled-up. Heh.

Oh come on now. Who here hasn't seen the photo of mana in those huge pants on the street. He may be delicate, but he is surely a man. And that's good... for a many number of reasons. I mean if Mana were a woman, and after being molested by Gackt all those times... well, lets just say there'd be chibi Mana's all over the place! o.o
