hair perdicament

Ok im in a bit of a "hairy perdicament" hehe, *cough* cheesy pun i know. But um yeh basically im thinking of ordering ponyfalls becuz, well becuz its easier than trying to do it to your real hair. I had had ragdolly.net in mind but i saw all the complaints on it and im not sure if I should go through with that decision. The problem is out of all the sites ive been on for hair accessorieish stuff ragdoll is the closest to my alreasy tight budget. Do any of you guys know of a place that can help me out? OH and also if all else fails im just gonna dye my hair... i have black shoulderesg length hair and bangs btw, so if you have any good color combo's than please suggest.

i ordered hair from ragdolly. although it took a long time for some of it to get to me, overall i was fairly satisfied. and the curls rock! they are much softer than any curls i've seen anywhere else. i don't know if she carries them anymore, but i really like them and am planning to get some more in black and green. the curls i'm wearing in my icon are from her.

I've ordered from BlackandBlue.net, I recommend them. My ponyfalls were the type that just have elastic looped round the hair, and are not the easiest to put in as my hair is so fine, but IIRC they do offer other ways of attaching it. I thought their prices were good, and they shipped quickly.

If you do end up dyeing your hair I assume you're going to bleach first and I want to recommend L'oreal Super Blond. My dyed black hair actually ended up being blond instead of a brassy orangy color. It has a very strong chemical scent though.

Truly, from my experience, go local - almost any city has several stores where synthetic hair is sold. Most of it is usually in colors that afra-amer girls wear: black, various golds through browns, and oxbloods. However, the very very inexpensive place I go to also carries a few fun colors. If you're looking for mostly black hair, these are the places to go.

More related to the egl style, these stores carry ribbon (sausage) curls on a weft, which you can hand sew to a hair comb and just slip over a ponytail for beautiful curls, as seen here (http://album4096.fotopic.net/photo.php?o=1&id=300627) and here (http://album4096.fotopic.net/photo.php?id=300626) (not the best pictures...).

as far as ragdolly.net is concerned, i woulden't buy from there, i've heard of way too many complaints of them getting orders wrong and refusing to fix the orders, and other such things.
