Lolita Bicyclists?

Sort of a general question, but are any of you bicyclists? Do you 'loli-up' your bike? I'd love to see your bicycles. :) I'm not a huge bicycler, but I still enjoy riding. If any motorcyclist/scooter lolitas are out there, strut your stuff too, please. :)

Sock Question~

Okay, so I plan on getting some an*tai*na* socks, but I'm a tad concerned, they're knee socks, but I was wondering if they would fit me. I'm about 5'5" (I'm a tad shorter, but only by point something inches so I'm rounding up). The problem is I have a short torso but long legs and I don't want to buy the socks (no matter how cheap, since I want to buy a lot of socks...) then find out they only come to the calf. My calfs are a little... squishy (x.x fat) But I won't mind if they fit well on a normal sized leg, since I'm steadily  loosing weight  and it'll be like a little insentive: Awesome socks.

And if it is somewhere in the memories, I'm sorry but even typing in "socks" with an*tai*na* also "fit" I didn't find anything... Plus I really want to make sure before buying like, $20 worth of socks.
(Innocent World OTKs fit me fine, but they're pretty stretchy, and I don't know if they both have the same stretch.)

I just bought a sailor JSK, and I'm now in the market for a pair of shoes to match. I would like something dark blue to pair with white tights, and I thought I had landed on something that would look amazing:

It doesn't seem to be textbook lolita though, so I'm asking you guys first. They are ADORABLE shoes, and for 10 bucks with shipping, it's not about to break my bank. I just don't want to make a mistake and end up wasting money on shoes that won't look right.

my foot measures roughly 20 cm. and im like a 6, 7, or 8 (depending) is shoes (US)
now my foot is really wide, so i'm not sure what size would be good
someone told me that maybe 245 could work?
